Custom Horse Rugs & Equestrian Products for Brands
Develop custom horse rugs, fly masks, horse boots, equestrian bags, saddle pads and sewn equestrian accessories with configurable materials, sizing, colours, logo placement, workmanship and packaging.
PHYSICAL PRODUCT · CONFIGURABLE SPECIFICATIONChoose the performance direction before we prepare the sample.
These are configurable decisions for a custom horse-rug programme—not a fixed stock specification. From commercial everyday construction to enhanced performance-led material, finishing and evidence, the final direction is matched to the intended market and confirmed against the physical sample.
One-piece or panelled body
Choose a clean single-shell body or a colour-blocked / panelled construction with defined joins, binding and reinforcement.
- 1200D polyester Oxford or 1680D ballistic nylon direction
- 150g, 200g, 250g or 300g/m² shell-weight direction
- Tear and abrasion targets matched to actual use
Keep water out, manage moisture
Water resistance, air permeability and moisture-vapour performance are specified separately so the commercial claim matches the selected construction.
- Hydrostatic-pressure target and agreed test route
- Heat-applied waterproof seam tape where required
- Breathable shell, lining, mesh or vent direction by climate
Light sheet to winter rug
Select cotton-rich or non-cotton lining, then define the fill and moisture-management level for stable, turnout or travel use.
- Lightweight unfilled sheet or breathable layer
- Fleece cooler / “horse underwear” direction
- 100g, 200g, 250g or 300g insulated warmth direction
Finish the buyer-owned specification
Set the visible identity and component route before sample approval and material ordering.
- Pantone body, panel, binding, label and logo reference
- Metal hardware or Duraflex buckle route; Coats sewing-thread direction

The 300-piece / 1,000-metre figure is an early fabric-planning benchmark only. Final consumption depends on shell width, pattern, size ratio, panel layout, allowance and approved production marker.
Show the selected material and component direction clearly.
These visual references help align hardware, shell, waterproof construction, lining and insulation details before the physical sample is approved.

Put every custom decision in one buyer-ready specification.
Quality and price are not opposing promises. We select materials and construction appropriate to the intended customer, use environment and target price—then confirm the exact choice in the physical sample.
Resolve the visible colour direction before paying for the physical sample.
Descriptions such as “navy”, “wine red” or “warm grey” can look different across screens, paper notes, lighting and fabrics. The sample room keeps the body colour, binding and Pantone references together before physical material approval.

The interface is shown separately from the physical product photographs. A full horse rug is approximately 1.5–2.0 m long; final colour is approved against physical fabric, current colour standards and the physical sample.
Four outputs connect the idea to production.
The approved physical sample and written specification become the production reference.
